After a long day’s work, you look forward to a good nutritious and fast meal. And presto, EGGS can do their magic once again especially if you add that special ingredient, which in this case was the Rose & Juniper spice blend from Guido’s Spice Corner
Ingredients:
3 Eggs
1 large Zucchini Grated
Spinach
Guido’s Spice Corner Rose & Juniper Roast Seasoning
1 Onion
Sun Flower Oil
Bunch Fresh Parsley
Salt & Pepper
¼ Cup Soya Milk or Fresh Cream
Method:
Start by chopping up all the vegetable
Sauté the onion in oil and season with a pinch of salt
Beat the eggs, Soya Milk or Fresh Cream and a drizzle of oil
Once the onion is golden coloured, add the rest of the vegetables and the Rose & Juniper Roast Seasoning.
In 5 to 8 min reduce the heat and add the beaten egg and blend with the cooked vegetables. Cover and allow to cook gently.
Depending on your preference you can either scramble it all up or flip it over!
When ready cooked serve hot along with a nice fresh salad
